About me

A woman with blonde hair, green eyes, wearing earrings, a tan turtleneck, and a black blazer, standing with arms crossed and leaning against a wall, looking at the camera.
I’m a doctoral researcher in the Department of Economics at the University of Konstanz, Germany. I study workplace inequality through the lenses of organizational economics and strategic HRM, using quantitative methods and systematic literature reviews. My work has been published in the British Journal of Management, Thunderbird International Business Review, Management Decision, Management Review Quarterly, and the Asia Pacific Journal of Management. In 2018-2020 I received the Academy of Management TIM Division Best Reviewer Award. Current projects examine pay disparities, fairness perceptions, turnover, leadership-induced workplace inequality, and academic labor-market inequality.
Beyond academia, I enjoy cinematography and storytelling, especially gothic horror and science fiction. I’m an amateur pianist, sing in a Gospel choir, and return often to classical music for inspiration.
